Friends of Horicon Marsh Education & Visitor Center
Friends of Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center encourages and facilitates the connection between people and the Horicon Marsh. This is achieved through education and by fostering personal experiences in traditional outdoor activities within the Marsh.
The Horicon Marsh Education & Visitor Center features the new Explorium, an interactive exhibit detailing the Horicon Marsh story. There are over 5 miles of hiking trails and a 6.5 mile long canoe trail, making the Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area a great destination for hiking, geocaching, snowshoeing, wildlife photography, canoeing, and paddling. Numerous wildlife education programs are offered throughout the year for all ages. School groups are welcome to schedule a trip out to the marsh as well. Don't forget to stop by the Flyway Gift Shop! Center phone numbers are 920.387.7890 or 920.387.7893.
