NATIVE DRUM CIRCLE AT THE ARCHEOLOGICAL FAIR 2008
May 2
Time: 6:00PM
Check back in Spring for 2009 dates and info
Native Drum Circle
On the first night of our archaeological fair, Saturday, May 3rd, we will be having our second annual Native Drum Circle from 6:00 p.m. until dusk. Please join us on top of the DNR hill on North Palmatory Street in Horicon for this awesome event for the entire family. Last year Herb Heck, Gloria Manthey and Moni Stillwater put together our first Native Drum Circle, which was a huge success enjoyed by all in attendance. This year, special guest Mr. Buffalo Big Mountain will be joining the Native Drum Circle. He will be giving a presentation and performing several authentic native dances. Mr. Big Mountain’s three year-old son will join him in an Eagle Dance. We would like to thank our friends who share their time to allow all visitors the opportunity to experience the drum circle with them. Please bring your lawn chairs and blankets to the event so you can enjoy the drum circle in comfort.
