Round Up for a Cause Application

The Round Up for a Cause is a project in partnership with Mayville’s Piggly Wiggly.  If chosen by the Round Up Committee, a non-profit has the opportunity to be the recipient of funds raised when customers of the store choose to “round up” at check out.
